It’s not just the Environment that is central to Seacourt it’s also our clients that make Seacourt the company it is. Therefore Customer service is integral to our continued success as we aim to ensure that all jobs are progressed as smoothly as possible and with the minimum of fuss. Some of the benefits that our customers are receiving are as follows:

FTP site

This allows customers to send very large files straight into our production stream, resulting in time savings, transport savings and of course not being reliant on overnight delivery services which sometimes do not arrive when expected! Please speak to your account manager to set up your own specific user account.

Free Digital Epson

On all 4 Colour work we provide free digital Epson proofs, which ensure that you can proof all jobs in confidence without incurring additional costs.

Acknowledgment of Order

It’s important to know that your instructions have been received, understood and acted upon as you are expecting, therefore we send out an acknowledgment of order via email confirming agreed schedule, quantities and cost. This helps us to ensure that we produce your work on time, on budget every time.

Account Managers

All accounts are directly managed by dedicated Account Managers who manage the whole production process from start to finish, ensuring that job production is as straightforward as possible.

Dispatch Notification

In order to keep your time to a minimum spent on checking progress of print orders, we send you delivery notification on the day of delivery so that you are fully aware of when and how your job will arrive.
