How to use the FTP site
Seacourt has an FTP site for all our clients to upload their high-resolution artwork files onto. This saves burning CDs and waiting for discs to turn up - follow our simple guide to join the other customers using this service:
Call Seacourt on 01865 770140 and talk to your account manager about getting access details to the FTP site.
Type ftp.seacourt.net into your web browser (such as Internet Explorer) and you will be prompted for a Username and Password.*
Type your Username (this will be supplied to you)
Type your case-sensitive Password (this will be supplied to you)
You now have access to your own folder on the FTP site. Simply upload your artwork and let us know it has been placed there.
* Mac Users: Please note that Safari does not work properly — try a browser such as Camino or Firefox. ↩
